   • The VIP level 4-6 players can now use the Penitence Amulet with no time restrictions.
2. Elite PK Tournament
   • Players cannot use ExpBalls or ExpPotions to get leveled up on the waiting map any more.
3. The Sound of Music Quest
   • The drop rates of the notes have been increased.
