- Clerk Duan (Twin City, 470 351) can give you experience worth 1/3 of an ExpBall for one Hateful Token.
- This exchange service is not limited to the tokens gained during the Chinese New Year quests. You can also exchange the Hateful Token obtained from the previous 2nd Reborn quest.
