New features

  1. Added Moon Festival online event.
  2. Added Labor Day Shopping Rush event.
  3. Added Weekend Event - Monster City.

Modifications

  1. Fireworks now can only be fired off in the five major regions and the Market. You'll need to wait 2 minutes between each use.
